RSETI Firozabad (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) is a unique initiative dedicated to mitigating the unemployment problem among rural youth by providing them intensive short-term residential training programs in various disciplines.
Established in 2011 under the sponsorship of State Bank of India and supported by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, RSETI Firozabad has been at the forefront of creating rural entrepreneurs and reducing unemployment in the district.
The institute follows the time-tested and proven methodology of RUDSETI (Rural Development and Self Employment Training Institute) which has been successfully replicated across India. Our training programs are designed to enable the trainees to take up self-employment ventures with confidence and competence.
We provide FREE residential training with food, accommodation, and all training materials. Our focus is on rural BPL youth, SC/ST candidates, minorities, women, and other marginalized sections of society.

Our Mission
To identify, motivate, train, and hand-hold rural youth in establishing their own enterprises by providing them with skill-based training, entrepreneurship development programs, and continuous support for credit linkage and market access. Identify & Motivate
Identify unemployed rural youth and motivate them towards self-employment through awareness camps and counseling sessions
Skill Development
Upgrade skills through need-based short-term training programs (1-6 weeks) with practical hands-on experience
Entrepreneurship Development
Develop entrepreneurship qualities among rural youth through EDP modules and business plan preparation
Credit Linkage
Assist in credit linkage through convergence with banks, financial institutions, and government schemes
Handholding Support
Provide continuous handholding support for sustainable enterprises including market linkage and technical guidance
Follow-up & Tracking
Track settled candidates through regular follow-ups and provide guidance for business expansion and growth
